Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with SOBRsafe! Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we fulfill orders and deliver them to you.

Order Fulfillment:

  • All standard ground orders will be processed and fulfilled within 3 business days of order placement.

  • We aim to process and fulfill expedited orders within 1 business day. Expedited shipping is dependent on the carrier and their capacity. SOBRsafe provides no guarantee for expedited delivery.
  • Expedited orders ship within one business day if placed by 11 AM MT. Next Business Day Delivery applies once they leave our warehouse. Please note: Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable & cannot be sent to PO Boxes.

Shipping Methods:

  • SOBRsafe offers free ground shipping for all orders within the continental United States.

  • Customers have the option to upgrade to expedited shipping at an additional cost during the checkout process.
  • In the event of a device replacement as covered by our warranty, SOBRsafe will cover the shipping costs for the return and replacement.

  • SOBRsafe adds a $20 flat rate charge for orders to Alaska and Hawaii. 

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
  • You can track your package using the provided tracking number through either our website or the carrier's website.

Delivery Timeframe:

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

  • Please refer to the estimated delivery timeframe provided during checkout for an approximated delivery date.

Order Changes or Cancellations:

  • Once an order has been placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible due to our quick processing times. However, please reach out to our customer service team at customersupport@sobrsafe.com and we will do our best to assist you.
